R. Scott Ward, MBA, RCC is the Principal Coach of Leading Solutions, Inc., a Business and Executive Coaching firm. He is also an Adjunct Professor in George Mason University's School of Management. He is an active member of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches and contributes regularly to the industry quarterly, Business Coaching Worldwide. He completed his MBA in George Mason University’s Executive MBA Program. He also completed his undergraduate work at GMU, receiving a multi-discipline degree in the Psychology of Organizational Leadership.

Scott spent seven years working as co-owner, Corporate Officer, and Director of Operations of an engineering firm headquartered in the Washington, DC area. Scott has over twenty years of experience in operations management. He has managed a variety of technical and administrative teams, revised work operations and organizational structures, and guided organizational leaders in both Government organizations and mid sized firms. Scott also served with distinction in the US Army Intelligence field.
